Children of Divorce Group
Who: Children ages 9-11
Why: To help process the changes that children go through when their parents’ divorce.
What: children will learn from this group:
- How to express your feelings about the divorce
- Some myths and truths about divorce
- Learn how to adjust to all the changes in your life
- How to stay out of the middle and tell your parents what you need
When: Wednesday evenings or every other Saturday morning based on the interest for one hour. First-class will be the week of September 28th, 2020
Where: To Be determined, the class may be online or in-person and we will decide based on community health recommendations. 980 Main St., Suite 370, Louisville CO 80027
Cost: 6-week class is $325. Early bird pricing available.
Facilitators: Monica Ramunda, MA, LPC, RPT-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor and registered play therapist supervisor in private practice in Louisville. She specializing in children and adolescents and has served as a Child and Family Investigator for the courts. She has been working with children and families for over 19 years. Kayle Elliott is a UCD Master’s degree candidate and intern at Rocky Mountain Counseling Services. Kayle has years of training curating mindfulness-based experiences including meditation, breathwork, and yoga classes for others as well as Reiki-certified meditation instruction.
